David J. Cutler BSc, M.R.A.C. , M.R.I.C.S , Principle Architectural Consultant, Chartered Building Surveyor, Member of R.I.C.S. Building Conservation Group.
David commenced his architectural career in Malborough, Wiltshire in 1988 at Carter Jonas. He worked under the direction of Giles Bennett F.R.I.C.S. for 4 years in their architectural department whilst also carrying out land management duties. The work involved the rennovation of large country houses including Chisbury Manor, Biddeston Manor, Minety House and Vernham Manor as well as the design and construction of new dwellings. Projects for the Crown Estate Commissioners were also undertaken while at Carter Jonas.
He established the architectural practice in Breamore in 1992 and has carried out a substantial number of projects, particularly in all aspects of residential work. Follwing on from his work in Malborough, David has developed a keen interest and an undoubted expertise in the rennovation and extension of old buildings included listed buildings.

Richard is a development surveyor and a member of the R.I.C.S. who provides
David with specialist advice on complex planning matters and new development
sites.
Richard has been providing
advice to the practice since its beginning in 1992 on a consultancy basis.
He has a wide range of experience and is particularly skilled in planning
appeals and the aquisition of land for development.
